Central Valley
There are 5 golf courses in the Central Valley:
Parque Valle del Sol
Would you enjoy playing golf in a Lifestyle Golf Community? Parque Valle del Sol is a 342-acre lifestyle and golf community in Santa Ana. The Parque Valle del Sol golf course offers a Tracy May-designed 7,011 yards Par 72 championship golf course. At Parque Valle del Sol is open to the public. Therefore, you can play golf for a Tee fee.

Cariari
Ciudad Cariari is a 230-acre residential community and has a country club with an 18-hole, par 71-course, designed by George Fazio.
Cariari is not a formal golf community, but several residential neighborhoods surround the golf course. This beautiful community is only a short drive from the international airport SJO and just off Highway 1.
In Cariari, you can live on the golf course.
Hacienda Los Reyes
The Hacienda Los Reyes country club is a 100-acre gated golf community, just off Highway 27 between Escazu and La Guacima de Alajuela.
The 9-hole Los Reyes membership golf course was designed by Robertson Ward & Associates and is a par 70 for men and 74 for the ladies. To complete the 18 holes, the course converts into a course of 5,834 and 5,442 yards. Learn more about Ciudad Hacienda Los Reyes here.

Escazu Country Club
The Costa Rica Country club is located in Escazu and is a membership course. The 9-hole golf course was designed by Jaime Solera in 1940.
This country club is NOT a golf community. There are only homes and condos on the outside of the country club, learn more here.

Monterán
The 9 Hole, Par 3 Monterán membership golf course was designed by Douglas Beach is located in Concepción de Tres Ríos, just north of Curridabat. Monterán is NOT a golf community but there are several residential options in the immediate area. Contact our agent for an inventory list.
Central Pacific
Herradura – Jaco beach
The one and only golf community on the Central Pacific is the Los Sueños Resort and Marina. Just under a 2-hour drive from the International Airport in San José, this 1,100-acre resort offers an 18-hole golf course. This beachfront resort is located in Playa Herradura, only minutes from Jaco Beach, learn more here.
The La Iguana Ted Robinson Jr. golf course is a par 72 of 6698 yards. The Los Sueños golf course is open to the public. Therefore, you can play by paying the Tee fee.
North Pacific
Vista Ridge Golf & Country Club
This PGA-certified golf course on a 106-acre property is located in Sardinal, Guanacaste. Vista Ridge Golf & Country club holds an 18-hole golf course just over 6,500 yards in length with a slope rating of 125. This beautiful golf community has just over 100 lots and 25% has homes built. Sardinal is only a short drive from Playas del Coco and also Playa Hermosa.
Reserva Conchal
This beautiful beachfront golf community is located at Playa Conchal, on the North Pacific. This is an 18-hole, 7,021-yard, par-71 Robert Trent Jones II championship golf course. Four Seasons
The Four Seasons Golf Club is an Arnold Palmer-designed 18-hole, par-72 championship course on 220 acres. This golf club is located close to Liberia International airport and only offers luxury condos and homes. Contact our agent for inventory. While the Four Seasons golf course is open to the general public, please check the Tee fee before making your reservation.
Hacienda Pinilla
The Hacienda Pinilla golf course is a 7,300-yard, par 72 Mike Young golf course. Hacienda Pinilla is a master-planned luxury resort near Tamarindo, just under a 1.5-hour drive from Liberia airport. While you can play at Hacienda Pinilla at your convenience by paying the Tee fee, the fee is higher during the summertime than it is during the green season.
Nicoya Peninsula
Los Delfines
Los Delfines Golf & Country Club is a golf community located in Tambor Beach, on the Nicoya Peninsula. This beautiful 125-acre beachfront golf community offers a 9-hole course that plays 6,144 yards, par 72.

Tango Mar
Tango Mar is a golf community on the beach and offers a 9-hole par 3 and 4 Executive Golf Course. It is not clear who designed or built it. The Tango Mar golf course is a non-membership course and open to the public. This golf course has the lowest tee fees in Costa Rica. South Pacific
San Buenas
The only golf community in the South Pacific is the San Buenas Golf Resort. This 18-hole golf course is located just south of Uvita. The residential section of San Buenas is not in good shape, but our Dominical member can give you updated information when requested.
