Where is Surfside Estates located?
Surfside Estates is right next to Flamingo Beach and is very easy to reach. It is within easy road access to the Liberia International airport (45 minutes), Tamarindo (30 min), Playa Grande (20 min) and Playa del Coco (60 min). For major shopping, you need to go to Liberia or Santa Cruz, both more or less an hour away. There is pretty decent grocery shopping in the immediate area.

On the main road you will find lost of attractive businesses. There is the Beach House restaurant, real estate offices, a tour company with ATV rentals, El Coconut beach front restaurant, El Castillo restaurant, Bahia del Sol beach front hotel and restaurant. Turn right on the main road and on the left is a 3 story building with a mini-market, sushi cafe, dentist and other offices. Just up the road is “The Shack” restaurant and bar, a very popular place.
When get to the corner at Perla’s Bar, a famous Canadian hangout for over 20 year. If you turn right go 300 meters and come to Maxwell’s bar and Restaurant, very popular for gringos. Back on the NEWLY PAVED ROAD heading toward sugar beach there is a mechanics shop then Super Wendy’s mini market. Just 200 meters ahead is Hotel Isolina and restaurant. 100 meters after that you cross a bridge leaving Surfside into Potrero then Potrero Plaza.
